摘 要 〖HT5K〗目的：观察瑞舒伐他汀联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效。方法：随机选择125例糖尿病肾病患者，按照治疗方法的不同分为治疗组63例和对照组62例两组。两组患者均按照糖尿病饮食，常规控制血糖和血压至正常水平。对照组给予前列地尔注射液20μg/d，加入100ml 的生理盐水中进行静脉滴注；治疗组在对照组基础上给予加用瑞舒伐他汀，10mg/d，1次/d。连续治疗14d。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状改善情况，测定血肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDLC）水平，检测24h尿蛋白，24h尿微量白蛋白，计算尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）；测定血清中C反应蛋白（CRP）、白介素6（IL6）和肿瘤坏死因子（TNFα）。结果：经过14d治疗，治疗组与对照组比较，临床症状疲乏无力、腰背酸困，四肢及颜面水肿及肾功情况明显改善(P＜0.05）。治疗组血Scr、BUN、TC、TG、LDLC 和UAER测定值较治疗前明显减低(P＜0.05）；对照组Scr、BUN和UAER测定值较治疗前减低(P＜0.05），而TC、TG、 LDLC无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；治疗组Scr、BUN、TC、TG、LDLC 和UAER变化值较对照组明显(P＜0.05）。治疗组和对照组血清中CRP、IL6和TNFα均较治疗前减少，且治疗组更加明显，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：瑞舒伐他汀联合前列地尔治疗，可以减轻糖尿病肾病的早期临床症状，明显改善患者的肾功能，抑制体内炎症因子的危害，效果显著。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖WT5BZ〗〖HT5”SS〗Objective：To observe the efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with alprostadil in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods:A total of 125 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were in accordance with the diabetes diet，and the blood glucose and blood pressure were routinely controlled to a reasonable level. The control group was given Alprostadil Injection 20 μg/d and intravenous drip in 100 ml saline. The treatment group was given rosuvastatin，10mg/d，and 1 times /d on the basis of the control group. treatment for 14 days. To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms in two groups of patients before and after treatment，and determine serum creatinine (Scr)，urea nitrogen (BUN)，total cholesterol (TC)，triglyceride (TG)，low density lipoprotein (LDLC) level，24 hour urine protein，24 hour urine albumin，urine albumin excretion rate (UAER)，and determination of serum C reactive protein (CRP)，interleukin 6 (IL6) and tumor necrosis factor (TNFα). Results：After 14 days of treatment，the treatment group compared with the control group，the clinical symptoms including tiring，backache,extremities and facial edema and renal function improved statistically significant . The values of Scr，BUN，TC，TG，LDLC and UAER in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before the treatment . The values of Scr，BUN and UAER in the control group were lower than those before the treatment ，but there were no statistically difference in TC，TG，LDLC. The serum CRP，IL6 and TNFα in the treatment group and the control group were all decreased compared with those before treatment，and the treatment group was more obvious，the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion：The treatment of rosuvastatin combined with pros tadil can reduce the early clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy，improve the renal function of the patients and inhibit the harm of inflammatory factors in the body.
