摘要:
摘 要 目的:观察强直性脊柱炎患者血清中细胞核因子-κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和转化生长因子β2(TGF-β2)表达水平,探讨其临床意义。方法:选择202例强直性脊柱炎患者作为观察组,选择98例健康成人的血清标本作为对照组。收集受试者血清标本,应用ELISA法检测两组血清中RANKL、TGF-β1和TGF-β2的表达。结果:两组血清中RANKL、TGF-β1和TGF-β2的表达差别有统计学意义。RANKL、TGF-β1和TGF-β2的表达与在不同骨侵蚀关节个数及附着点炎关节个数中的表达差别有统计学意义。相关分析显示观察组中强直性脊柱炎患者血清中RANKL和TGF-β1、RANKL和TGF-β2、TGF-β1和TGF-β2之间的表达具有正相关性。结论:RANKL、TGF-β1和TGF-β2在强直性脊柱炎高表达,对病变的形成和进展具有重要作用,三者之间具有正相关性。联合检测血清中RANKL、TGF-β1和TGF-β2的表达可能成为强直性脊柱炎的早期诊断标志物。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To observe the expression levels of RANKL, TGF-β1 and TGF-β2 in patients with ankylosing spondylitis, analyze their clinical significance. Methods:202 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were selected as observation group, 98 healthy adults were selected as control group. Serum expressions of RANKL, TGF-β1 and TGF-β2 were detected by ELISA in two groups. Results: Expressions of RANKL, TGF-β1 and TGF-β2 were statistical different in two groups. Expressions of RANKL, TGF-β1 and TGF-β2 were significantly different in different bone erosion joints and attachment arthritis joints. There were positive correlation between RANKL and TGF-β1,RANKL and TGF-β2, TGF-β1 and TGF-β2 in the observation group. Conclusion:The high expression of RANKL, TGF-β1 and TGF-β2 plays an important role in the formation and progression of lesions in ankylosing spondylitis. There were positive correlation between RANKL, TGF-β1 and TGF-β2. Combined detection of RANKL, TGF-β1 and TGF-β2 may be an early diagnostic marker of ankylosing spondylitis, which may be related to the mechanism that ankylosing spondylitis is an inflammatory disease.
