摘 要 目的:研究长链非编码RNA-ATB的对胶质瘤患者的临床意义及其预后价值。方法:使用qRT-PCR法分别检测ATB在胶质瘤组织及正常脑组织中的表达水平,根据结果进一步分析ATB表达水平与胶质瘤患者预后的关系。最后通过单因素和多因素分析影响胶质瘤患者预后的独立危险因素。结果:与正常脑组织相比,胶质瘤组织中ATB的表达水平显著升高。随后,分析随访结果提示,ATB高表达组患者5年生存率显著低于低表达组患者。最后,单因素和多因素分析发现,高表达的ATB、高WHO分期、低KPS评分及淋巴结转移均为影响胶质瘤患者预后的独立危险因素。结论:ATB在胶质瘤组织中表达水平显著上调,ATB高表达的患者预后不良,ATB可作为胶质瘤预后诊断的标志物及潜在的治疗靶点。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To study the clinical significance and prognostic value of long non-coding RNA ATB in glioma patients. Methods: The qRT-PCR method was used to detect the expression of ATB in gliomas and normal brain tissues. According to the results,the relationship between the expression of ATB and the prognosis of glioma patients was analyzed. Finally,univariate multivariate analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of glioma patients. Results: Compared with normal brain tissues,the expression level of ATB in glioma tissues was significantly increased. Subsequently,analysis of follow-up results indicated that the five-year survival rate of patients in the ATB high-expression group was significantly lower than that in the low-expression group. Finally,univariate and multivariate analyses showed that high expression of ATB,high WHO stage,low KPS score and lymph node metastasis were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of glioma patients. Conclusion: The expression level of ATB in glioma tissues was significantly up-regulated,and the prognosis of patients with high expression of ATB was poor. ATB can be used as a marker for the prognosis of glioma and a potential therapeutic target.
