摘 要 〖HT5K〗目的：探讨曲美他嗪联合氯吡格雷在冠心病心绞痛患者中的治疗作用，分析治疗对患者血清中超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和血清五聚素3（PTX-3）的调节作用。方法：选择确诊为冠心病心绞痛的患者共86例，按照随机原则分两组，均43例，对照组应用氯吡格雷，观察组应用曲美他嗪和氯吡格雷，于治疗4周后观察疗效，在治疗前、治疗2周后观察hs-CRP和PTX-3的含量。结果：两组治疗的总有效率差别有统计学意义。治疗后两组hs-CRP和PTX-3均下降，但观察组的下降值更明显。结论：二种药物联合治疗的临床疗效明显，对血清中hs-CRP和PTX-3的表达有明显下调作用，对维持内环境中的细胞因子平衡有一定价值，临床中可以积极应用。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To study effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of trimetazidine combined with clopidogrel，analyze the serum change of hs-CRP and PTX-3. Methods :86 angina pectoris were divided into two groups by randomization methods. Control group(43 cases) was treated with clopidogrel. Observation group(43 cases) was treated with trimetazidine and clopidogrel. The curative effect and hs-CRP and PTX-3 levels was observed after 2 weeks. Results: The effect was significant difference in two groups. After treatment，expressions of hs-CRP and PTX-3 was decreased before and after treatment，but decreased value was more obvious in observation group than that in control group. Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with clopidogrel is effective in coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. It can regulate the serum expression of hs-CRP and PTX-3，maintain balance of cytokines of internal environment.
