摘 要 目的：探讨奥氮平片和利培酮片治疗男性精神分裂症患者疗效、安全性及对患者生活质量改善的影响。方法：选取精神科收治的男性精神分裂症患者103例作为研究对象，采用随机抽签方式将入选者分为奥氮平组（n=52）和利培酮组（n=51）。对比治疗前后两组患者精神状况、生活质量评分情况；统计两组治疗期间不良反应情况。结果：与治疗前比，两组精神分裂症患者用药治疗后阳性症状、阴性症状、精神病理评分及PANSS总分显著下降，躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分显著升高（P＜0.05）；但治疗后，两组患者阳性症状、阴性症状、精神病理评分及PANSS总分和躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分之间的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。用药期间奥氮平组不良反应发生率26.9%（14/52）显著低于利培酮组51.0%（26/51）（P＜0.05）。结论：奥氮平片和利培酮片均能够有效控制男性精神分裂症患者精神症状,改善患者的生活质量,但奥氮平片较利培酮片安全性更好，因此患者具有更好的服药依从性。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of olanzapine tablets and risperidone tablets in the treatment of male patients with schizophrenia and the impact on patients' quality of life.Methods: 103 male schizophrenia patients admitted to the department of psychiatry,were selected as subjects.The enrollees were divided into olanzapine group (n=52) and risperidone group (n=51) by random sampling.The scores of mental status and life quality were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The adverse reactions during the two treatments were counted.Results: Compared with before treatment, the scores of positive symptoms, negative symptoms, psychopathological scores and total PANSS scores of the two groups of patients with schizophrenia decreased significantly, and the physical function, psychological function and social function score increased significantly (P<0.05).However, after treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in positive symptoms, negative symptoms, psychopathological scores, PANSS total scores and physical function, psychological function, social function, and material life status scores (P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the olanzapine group was 26.9% (14/52) ,and which was significantly lower than that in the risperidone group 51.0% (26/51)(P<0.05).Conclusion: Both olanzapine and risperidone tablets can effectively control the mental symptoms of male patients with schizophrenia and improve their quality of life, but olanzapine tablets are safer than risperidone tablets, so patients have better medication compliance. 
