摘要:
摘 要 目的:对不同级别宫颈病变中HRHPV亚型的分布情况进行分析,为宫颈癌的预防提供更精确的数据。方法:对360例不同级别宫颈病变患者,统计分析其HRHPV的亚型感染情况。结果:120例宫颈LSIL的HRHPV感染者为106例,阳性率88.3%。120例宫颈HSIL的HRHPV感染者为113例,阳性率94.2%。120例宫颈鳞状细胞癌Ⅰ期的HRHPV感染者为114例,阳性率95%,三组之间的感染率没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。在所有患者中,HRHPV各个分型感染率前五位由高到低分别是16、58、52、33、18。结论:宫颈癌的发生与HRHPV密切相关,目前在国内批准和开展的9价HPV疫苗能够预防常见的HRHPV亚型感染。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:Analysis of the distribution of HRHPV subtypes in different grades of cervical lesions.Methods:The HRHPV subtype infection was statistically analyzed in 360 patients with different grades of cervical lesions.Results:There were 106 cases of HRHPV infection in 120 cases of cervical LSIL,the positive rate was 88.3%.There were 113 cases of HRHPV infection in 120 cases of cervical HSIL, and the positive rate was 94.2%.There were 114 cases of HRHPV infection in 120 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and the positive rate was 95%.There was no significant difference in the infection rate between the three groups (P>0.05). In all patients,the top five infection rates of HRHPV were 16,58,52,33,and 18,respectively.Conclusion:The occurrence of cervical cancer is closely related to HRHPV, Cervical cancer vaccines can prevent common HRHPV subtype infections.
