摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨良性前列腺增生合并血糖异常患者生活质量现状及其影响因素，以期为患者进行有针对性的干预提供科学依据。方法：120例前列腺增生患者为研究对象，根据血糖是否异常分为两组，调查其基线资料，测评前列腺症状、生活质量、抑郁、焦虑等基本水平。结果：血糖异常前列腺增生患者生活质量评分、焦虑评分均高于血糖正常组，且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；多元Logistic逐步回归分析结果显示，文化程度、是否运动及高密度脂蛋白与生活质量正相关，年龄、血糖与生活质量负相关。结论：血糖水平对于前列腺增生患者的症状及生活质量有一定影响。应通过健康宣教，科学引导患者建立良好的健康行为，加强运动锻炼，对提高患者的生活质量意义重大。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To analyze the current quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with blood glucose, in order to provide a scientific basis for targeted intervention in BPH patients.Methods：A total of 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were admitted to the Department of Urology were enrolled. Baseline data were collected to assess the basic levels of prostate symptoms, quality of life, depression and anxiety.Results：The quality of life score and anxiety score of patients with abnormal blood glucose were higher than those of normal blood glucose group (P＜0.05). The results of multivariate logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that education level, exercise and high density lipoprotein and quality of life were positive. Related, age, blood glucose were negatively correlated. Conclusion： Blood glucose levels have a certain impact on the symptoms and quality of life of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Through the implementation of health education, scientific guidance to patients to establish good health behaviors, strengthen exercise, is of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients.
