摘要:
摘 要 目的：检测胃腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶11（MMP11）、基质金属蛋白酶12（MMP12）和血管内皮生长因子D（VEGFD）的表达，分析相关性。方法：以130例胃腺癌术后肿瘤组织作为研究组，选择距肿物边缘大于3 cm的35例非肿瘤性胃黏膜组织作为对照组，均留取新鲜标本，应用流式细胞术检测两组中MMP11、MMP12和VEGFD的表达。结果：研究组中MMP11、MMP12和VEGFD的表达明显高于对照组，研究组中MMP11、MMP12和VEGFD的表达与脉管浸润、Lauren分型、淋巴结转移相关，MMP11、MMP12的表达与肿瘤细胞的增殖指数相关。研究组中MMP11和VEGFD、MMP12和VEGFD的表达具有正相关性。生存分析显示三者高表达患者的预后差。结论：MMP11、MMP12和VEGFD在胃腺癌中的表达上调，且具有正相关性，三者对病变的形成和进展意义明显，联合检测三者可能对判断预后有一定价值。
