摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨急性髓系白血病患者采用去甲氧柔红霉素联合阿糖胞苷对其生存质量及毒副作用的影响。方法:选取就诊的急性髓系白血病患者74例，以随机数表法进行分组，每组37例。对照组采用阿糖胞苷治疗，观察组采用去甲氧柔红霉素联合阿糖胞苷治疗，对比两组临床效果、卡氏功能状态评分量表（KPS）评分及毒副作用发生情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组KPS评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组毒副作用发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：去甲氧柔红霉素联合阿糖胞苷治疗可有效减轻急性髓系白血病患者毒副作用，提高治疗效果，改善生存质量。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To investigate the effects of demethoxydaunorubicin combined with cytarabine on the quality of life and side effects of patients with acute myeloid leukemia.Methods： 74 patients with acute myeloid leukemia who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to July 2018 were divided into two groups by the random number table method, and with 37 patients in each group.The control group was treated with cytarabine, and the observation group was treated with demethoxydaunorubicin combined with cytarabine.The clinical effects, Kappa functional status rating scale (KPS) scores and toxic side effects were compared between two groups.Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of toxic side effects in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion ：Demethoxydaunorubicin combined with cytarabine can effectively alleviate the side effects of patients with acute myeloid leukemia, improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life.
