摘要:
摘 要 〖JP3〗目的：探讨超声乳化吸出联合蓝光滤过型人工晶状体植入术对白内障患者视功能康复及生活质量的影响。方法：85例白内障患者随机分为两组，即观察组（n=43）和对照组（n=42），观察组采用超声乳化吸出联合蓝光滤过型人工晶状体植入术治疗，对照组采用小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗，对比两组治疗后视功能康复及生活质量等情况。结果：两组术前角膜散光和视力水平比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），术后两组角膜散光和视力水平均有明显提升，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组术前眼压水平和前房角比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），术后两组眼压水平和前房角有明显变化，观察组与对照组相比，眼压水平更低，前房角更宽（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为4.65%（2/43），对照组并发症发生率为19.05%（8/42），观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组术后躯体活动、社会生活、睡眠情感以及精力等生活质量指标明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：超声乳化吸出联合蓝光滤过型人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障，可明显改善患者视力水平、眼压水平及前房角情况，且并发症明少，患者生活质量明显提高。〖JP〗
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification and blue light filtering intraocular lens implantation on visual function recovery and sleep prognosis in cataract patients. Methods：85 cataract patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=43) and control group (n=42). The observation group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with blue light filtering intraocular lens implantation, and the control group was treated with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction. Combined with intraocular lens implantation, the recovery of visual function, prognosis and sleep after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results：The difference of preoperative corneal astigmatism and visual acuity between the two groups was small no significant difference(P> 0.05), and the postoperative corneal astigmatism and visual acuity of the two groups were significantly improved, and the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05); the difference of preoperative intraocular pressure level and anterior chamber angle of the two groups was small (P>0.05), and the postoperative intraocular pressure level and anterior chamber angle of the two groups had significant changes. Compared with the control group, the IOP level was lower and the anterior chamber angle was higher (P<0.05); the incidence of complications was 4.65% (2/43) in the observation group and 19.05% (8/42) in the control group; the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower (P< 0.05); the physical activity, social life, sleep emotion and energy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). In the control group, the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion：Phacoemulsification combined with Bluray filtering intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract has a significant improvement in visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber angle, significantly reduced complications, higher quality of life, it is worth promoting the use.
