摘要:
摘 要 下丘脑神经元错构瘤（HNH）是罕见的先天脑发育异常性中枢神经系统病变，其解剖部位居于第三脑室底部、灰结节及乳头体的附近，主要由异位脑灰质、神经元、神经胶质细胞和纤维束等组成。2007年WHO中枢神经系统肿瘤的分类中，将下丘脑神经元错构瘤归于类肿瘤病变。本文就下丘脑神经元错构瘤的流行病学、病因及病理、临床表现、分型、影像学特征、治疗方案等进行综述，以提高对该病的认识。
