摘要:
摘 要 目的：观察2型糖尿病患者血清胰岛素水平与骨代谢的关系。方法：入选2型糖尿病患者136例，同期体检中心进行健康体检者128例，测定入选人群的血生化、胰岛素及骨代谢指标，行血清胰岛素水平与骨代谢指标的关联研究。结果：2型糖尿病组骨钙素水平、甘油三酯水平、总胆固醇水平、血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均显著高于对照组，而胰岛素水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0. 05）；骨钙素与碱性磷酸酶呈正相关，与胰岛素水平呈负相关。结论：骨钙素可能参与2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松的发生、发展。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To observe the relationship between the level of serum insulin and bone metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 136 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in the study and 128 healthy people were examined at the same time. The serum biochemical, insulin and bone metabolism indexes were measured. The relationship between serum insulin level and bone metabolism indexes was studied. Results: The levels of osteocalcin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in type 2 diabetes mellitus group were significantly higher than those in control group, but the levels of insulin were significantly lower than those in control group (P< 0.05); osteocalcin was positively correlated with alkaline phosphatase, and negatively correlated with insulin level. Conclusion: osteocalcin may play an important role in the occurrence and development of osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes.
