摘要:
摘 要 目的:通过建立动物模型,比较脑损伤后联合他克莫司干预骨神经损伤的愈合情况,推测脑损伤合并神经损伤后应用他克莫司干预的可行性。方法:选用SPF级雄性SD大鼠180只,采用颅脑损伤模型和坐骨神经损伤模型进行动物实验造模。实验组为颅脑损伤合并坐骨神经损伤;对照组为单纯坐骨神经损伤,将其分为四组,造模后第4、8、12周,进行测定坐骨神经指数、腓肠肌恢复率、神经组织Masson染色,造模后8周、12周观察脊髓神经元辣根过氧化物(HRP)的逆行示踪标记。结果:通过动物模型实验比较,颅脑损伤合并周围神经损伤联合应用他克莫司干预诱导促进周围神经损伤大鼠的坐骨神经指数、腓肠肌恢复率、神经组织Masson染色、脊髓神经元辣根过氧化物的逆行示踪标记优于其它单独因素的作用。结论:脑损伤合并周围神经损伤联合应用他克莫司干预可促进神经损伤修复,颅脑损伤与他克莫司作用的机制不完全相同。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:Studies have shown that brain injury and tacrolimus can promote the regeneration of peripheral nerve injury in ratsBy establishing animal models,we compared the healing of injured nerves after brain injury with tacrolimus,and speculated the feasibility of tacrolimus intervention after brain injury combined with peripheral nerve injuryMethods:Animal experimental building a traumatic brain injury model (Feeney method) and the sciatic nerve injury model (Sunderland V type),the experimental group:craniocerebral injury with sciatic nerve injury,the control group:pure sciatic nerve injury,divided into 4 groups,4,8,12 weeks after building,measured index of sciatic nerve,recovery rate of the gastrocnemius muscle and nerve tissue Masson staining,observed 8 weeks,12 weeks after building spinal cord neurons horseradish peroxidase (HRP) retrograde tracingResults:Compared with animal model experiments,the effect of tacrolimus combined with craniocerebral injury combined with peripheral nerve injury in promoting the regeneration of peripheral nerve injury is better than that of other single factorsConclusion:Brain injury combined with peripheral nerve injury and tacrolimus intervention can promote the repair of nerve injuryThe mechanism of craniocerebral injury and tacrolimus is not exactly the sameThe mechanism of brain injury promoting the repair of peripheral nerve injury still needs further study
