摘要:
目的:探究血清可溶性人凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体1(sLOX-1)与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者病理特征的相关性。方法:选取300例非小细胞肺癌患者作为观察组,纳入健康志愿者300例作为对照组。比较两组血清sLOX-1及肿瘤标志物[神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)]水平,分析NSCLC患者血清sLOX-1与肿瘤标志物NSE、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平间相关性,比较不同病理特征的NSCLC患者血清sLOX-1水平,分析NSCLC患者血清sLOX-1水平相关病理因素,并分析血清sLOX-1水平对NSCLC患者预后的影响。结果:观察组血清sLOX-1及肿瘤标志物NSE、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析可知,NSCLC患者血清sLOX-1与肿瘤标志物NSE、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平均呈正相关(均P<0.05);NSCLC患者血清sLOX-1水平在临床分期、分化程度、肺内转移及肺外转移方面比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,临床分期、肿瘤分化程度、肺内转移及肺外转移均与NSCLC患者血清sLOX-1水平有关(均P<0.05);300例NSCLC患者3年死亡99例,3年总生存率为67.00%。以NSCLC患者血清sLOX-1平均值为界,分为高水平亚组(>平均值)与低水平亚组(≤平均值),高水平亚组NSCLC患者的3年生存率为53.21%,明显低于低水平亚组的81.94%(P<0.05)。结论:NSCLC患者血清sLOX-1与其病理特征密切相关,临床分期、分化程度、肺内外转移均为血清sLOX-1水平影响因素,且临床检测血清sLOX-1水平,有助于预测NSCLC患者预后生存。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the correlation between serum soluble lectin-like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1 (sLOX-1) and the pathological characteristics of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:A total of 300 NSCLC patients were selected as the observation group,and 300 healthy volunteers were included as the control group.The levels of serum sLOX-1 and tumor markers [neuron-specific enolase (NSE),carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA),and cytokeratin 19 fragment (CYFRA21-1)]were compared between the two groups.The correlation between serum sLOX-1 levels and tumor markers NSE,CEA,and CYFRA21-1 levels was analyzed in NSCLC patients.The serum sLOX-1 levels were compared in NSCLC patients with different pathological characteristics.The pathological factors related to the serum sLOX-1 level were analyzed in NSCLC patients.and the impact of serum sLOX-1 levels on the prognosis of NSCLC patients was analyzed.Results:The levels of serum sLOX-1 and tumor markers NSE,CEA,and CYFRA21-1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the serum sLOX-1 level in NSCLC patients was positively correlated with the levels of tumor markers NSE,CEA,and CYFRA21-1 (all P<0.05).The serum levels of sLOX-1 in NSCLC patients were compared in terms of clinical staging,degree of differentiation,pulmonary metastasis,and extrapulmonary metastasis,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that clinical stage,tumor differentiation,intrapulmonary metastasis,and extrapulmonary metastasis were all associated with the serum sLOX-1 level in NSCLC patients (all P<0.05).Among the 300 NSCLC patients,99 died in 3 years,and the 3-year overall survival rate was 67.00%.The NSCLC patients were divided into high-level subgroup (>average value) and low-level subgroup (≤average value) based on the average value of serum sLOX-1 in NSCLC patients.The 3-year survival rate of NSCLC patients in the high-level subgroup was 53.21%,which was significantly lower than that of the low-level subgroup (81.94%) (P<0.05).Conclusion: The serum sLOX-1 level in NSCLC patients is closely related to their pathological characteristics.Clinical stage,degree of differentiation,and intra- and extra-pulmonary metastasis are all factors that affect the level of serum sLOX-1.Clinical detection of serum sLOX-1 levels can help predict the prognosis and survival of NSCLC patients.
