摘要:
目的:探讨地夸磷索钠联合M22优化脉冲光治疗睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)所致干眼症的临床价值。方法:选取MGD所致干眼症患者100例,随机分为对照组(地夸磷索钠治疗)和观察组(地夸磷索钠联合M22优化脉冲光治疗),各50例。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗期间不良反应以及治疗前后眼表功能、泪液中炎症因子水平、睑板腺腺体缺失及睑板腺分泌物性状评分。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组眼表功能指标优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组泪液中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-18及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平、睑板腺腺体缺失及睑板腺分泌物性状评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:地夸磷索钠联合M22优化脉冲光治疗MGD所致干眼症能够恢复患者眼表功能,减轻炎症反应,改善睑板腺分泌物性状,提高治疗效果,且安全性较好。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the clinical value of sodium diquafosol combined with M22 optimized pulsed light in the treatment of dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD).Methods:A total of 100 patients with MGD-induced dry eye were randomly divided into two groups:the control group (treated with sodium diquafosol alone) and the observation group (treated with sodium diquafosol plus M22 optimized pulsed light),with 50 patients in each group.Clinical outcomes,adverse reactions during treatment,and ocular surface function,levels of inflammatory cytokines in tears,meibomian gland dropout,and meibomian gland secretion characteristics scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group exhibited a higher total effective rate than the control group (P<0.05).Post-treatment improvements in ocular surface function were observed in both groups,with the observation group achieving superior results (all P<0.05).Levels of interleukin-1β (IL-1β),IL-18,and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in tears,as well as meibomian gland dropout and secretion characteristics scores,decreased in both groups post-treatment,with the observation group exhibiting lower values (all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Sodium diquafosol combined with M22 optimized pulsed light treatment for dry eye caused by MGD can restore ocular surface function,reduce inflammatory response,improve the characteristics of meibomian gland secretions,enhance therapeutic effects,and has good safety.
