摘要:
βⅡ血影蛋白(Spectrin-βⅡ)是一种广泛表达的蛋白质,具有多种功能。其突变和功能障碍会影响器官的正常生长和发育。它已成为维持正常心脏膜兴奋性、机械功能和正常胚胎发生的关键蛋白。在心血管疾病的发生发展的重要性逐渐被重视。本综述重点论述了Spectrin-βⅡ的分子结构及功能障碍在心血管疾病中的潜在影响,以及未来治疗靶点研究的突出问题。
Abstract:
Spectrin-βⅡ is a widely expressed protein with multiple functions.Its mutations and dysfunctions can affect the normal growth and development of organs.It has become a critical protein in maintaining normal cardiac membrane excitability,mechanical function,and normal embryogenesis.The importance of Spectrin-βⅡ in the development and progression of cardiovascular diseases is gradually being recognized.This review focuses on the potential impact of Spectrin-βⅡ dysfunction in cardiovascular diseases and highlights the prominent issues in future research on therapeutic targets.
