摘要:
目的:探究胃癌组织TANK结合激酶1(TBK1)表达水平与临床病理的关系。方法:分析103例胃癌患者入院时癌组织及癌旁组织TANK结合激酶1(TBK1)表达水平。根据TBK1表达水平不同分为高表达组及低表达组,比较不同TBK1表达水平的胃癌患者入院时临床病理特征(肿瘤大小、肿瘤浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、脉管侵犯、分化程度),经ROC曲线评估胃癌患者临床病理特征对其癌组织TBK1表达的效能。结果:入院时,TBK1在胃癌患者癌组织表达水平显著高于癌旁组织的表达水平(0.49±0.08,P<0.05)。高表达组肿瘤≥5 cm占比(53.45%)、肿瘤浸润深度T3级占比(60.34%)、TNM分期Ⅲ期占比(58.62%)、淋巴结转移占比(62.07%)均显著高于低表达组的26.67%、35.56%、31.11%、42.22%(均P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示,胃癌患者癌组织临床病理特征对TBK1表达的评估效能的AUC值分别为0.634、0.624、0.638、0.599。结论:胃癌患者癌组织临床病理特征对TBK1表达具有一定的评估效能,且临床病理特征明显的胃癌患者通常TBK1表达水平较高。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the relationship of expression level of TANK-binding kinase 1(TBK1) in gastric cancer tissues with clinicopathology.Methods:The expression levels of TBK 1 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues at admission were analyzed among 103 patients with gastric cancer.According to the different expression levels of TBK1,they were divided into high expression group and low expression group.The clinicopathological characteristics(tumor size,tumor invasion depth,TNM staging,lymph node metastasis,vascular invasion,differentiation degree) at admission were compared among gastric cancer patients with different TBK1 expression levels.ROC curve was used to evaluate the efficiency of clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer patients on the expression of TBK1 in cancer tissues.Results:At admission,the expression level of TBK1 in cancer tissues of patients with gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (0.49±0.08,P<0.05).The proportions of tumor≥5 cm(53.45%),tumor invasion depth T3(60.34%),TNM stage Ⅲ(58.62%) and lymph node metastasis(62.07%) in high expression group were significantly higher than 26.67%,35.56%,31.11% and 42.22% in low expression group(all P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the AUCs of clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer tissues in evaluating the efficiency of TBK1 expression were 0.634,0.624,0.638 and 0.599 respectively.Conclusion:The clinicopathological characteristics of cancer tissues in patients with gastric cancer have certain evaluative efficiency on TBK1 expression,and gastric cancer patients with obvious clinicopathological characteristics usually have high TBK1 expression level.
