摘要:
脓毒症是机体对感染反应失调而导致危及生命的器官功能障碍,全球发病率超过30%且逐年上升,严重影响患者健康和生活质量。脓毒症的发生与发展可能是机体促炎与抗炎机制失衡所致。微小RNA(miRNA)作为一类长约21~25个核苷酸的内源性非编码RNA分子,能够对机体各类病理生理过程发挥重要调控作用,是一类重要的转录后调节基因,被证实可在转录后水平调节免疫失衡。现就miRNA在脓毒症免疫调控和诊断中的作用进行阐述,为基于miRNA诊治脓毒症研究提供文献依据和参考。
Abstract:
Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated body response to infection.The incidence of sepsis is more than 30% worldwide and is increasing year by year,which seriously affects the health and quality of life of patients.The occurrence and development of sepsis may be caused by the imbalance of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory mechanisms.MicroRNA (miRNA),as a class of endogenous non-coding RNA molecules with a length of about 21 to 25 nucleotides,can play an important regulatory role in various pathophysiological processes of the body.It is an important post-transcriptional regulatory gene and has been confirmed to regulate immune imbalance at the post-transcriptional level.This article reviews the role of miRNA in the immune regulation and diagnosis of sepsis,and provides a literature basis and reference for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis based on miRNA.
