摘要:
目的:探讨妊娠期高血压患者血清circ-0002348和circ-0002814表达水平及其与妊娠结局的相关性。方法:选取妊娠期高血压患者90例为观察组,另选取同期健康孕妇79名为对照组。根据妊娠结局将患者分为妊娠结局不良组(18例)和妊娠结局良好组(72例)。采用RT-qPCR检测血清circ-0002348和circ-0002814表达水平。分析妊娠期高血压患者不良妊娠结局的影响因素。分析血清circ-0002348和circ-0002814对妊娠期高血压患者不良妊娠结局的预测价值。结果:观察组不良孕育史比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组血清circ-0002348表达水平升高,血清circ-0002814表达水平降低(均P<0.05)。与妊娠结局良好组比较,妊娠结局不良组患者不良孕育史比例更高,血清circ-0002348表达水平升高,血清circ-0002348表达水平降低(均P<0.05)。血清circ-000243和circ-0002814是妊娠期高血压患者不良妊娠结局的影响因素(均P<0.05)。血清circ-0002348和circ-0002814联合预测的曲线下面积(AUC)大于两者分别单独预测的AUC(均P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期高血压患者血清circ-000234高表达,血清circ-0002814低表达,与妊娠结局有关,两者联合对患者不良妊娠结局预测价值较高。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression levels of circ-0002348 and circ-0002814 in the serum of patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and their correlation with pregnancy outcomes.Methods:A total of 90 patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy were selected as the observation group,and 79 healthy pregnant women during the same period were selected as the control group.Patients were divided into adverse pregnancy outcome group(18 cases)and favorable pregnancy outcome group(72 cases)based on pregnancy outcomes.RT-qPCR was used to detect the expression levels of serum circ-0002348 and circ-0002814.The influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy were analyzed.The predictive value of serum circ-0002348 and circ-0002814 for adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy was analyzed.Results:The proportion of adverse pregnancy histories in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the expression level of serum circ-0002348 was increased,and the expression level of serum circ-0002814 was decreased in the observation group(all P<0.05).Compared with the favorable pregnancy outcome group,the adverse pregnancy outcome group had a higher proportion of adverse pregnancy histories,increased expression level of serum circ-0002348,and decreased expression level of serum circ-0002814(all P<0.05).Serum circ-0002348 and circ-0002814 were influencing factors for adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy(all P<0.05).The combined predictive AUC of serum circ-0002348 and circ-0002814 was greater than the AUC of individual predictions(all P<0.05).Conclusion:High expression of serum circ-0002348 and low expression of serum circ-0002814 in patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy are related to pregnancy outcomes,and their combination has a high predictive value for adverse pregnancy outcomes.
