摘要:
目的:探讨血小板聚集率(PAgT)联合同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)对脑出血保守治疗患者下肢静脉血栓形成(VT)的预测价值。方法:纳入脑出血患者108例为研究组,另选取同期健康人群108例为对照组,比较两组PAgT和Hcy水平。根据是否发生VT,将研究组患者又分为VT组(35例)和非VT组(73例),比较两组临床资料。分析脑出血保守治疗患者下肢VT影响因素及PAgT、Hcy对下肢VT发生的预测价值。结果:研究组PAgT、Hcy水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。VT组糖尿病史占比、高脂血症史占比以及PAgT、Hcy水平高于非VT组(均P<0.05)。糖尿病史、高脂血症史以及PAgT、Hcy水平是脑出血保守治疗患者发生下肢VT的危险因素(均P<0.05)。PAgT和Hcy水平对脑出血患者发生下肢VT具有一定预测价值,两项联合的预测价值更高(均P<0.05)。结论:脑出血患者保守治疗后PAgT、Hcy水平升高,对下肢VT发生具有较高的预测价值。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the predictive value of platelet aggregation rate(PAgT)combined with homocysteine(Hcy)for lower extremity venous thrombosis(VT)in patients with cerebral hemorrhage under conservative treatment.Methods:A total of 108 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were enrolled as the study group,and 108 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group,and the levels of PAgT and Hcy were compared between the two groups.According to the occurrence of VT,the patients in the study group were divided into VT group(35 cases)and non-VT group(73 cases),and the clinical data of the two groups were compared.The influencing factors of lower extremity VT in patients with cerebral hemorrhage receiving conservative treatment and the predictive value of PAgT and Hcy for the occurrence of lower extremity VT were analyzed.Results:The levels of PAgT and Hcy in the study group were higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The proportion of diabetes mellitus,hyperlipidemia,and levels of PAgT and Hcy in the VT group were higher than those in the non-VT group(all P<0.05).The history of diabetes,hyperlipidemia,PAgT and Hcy levels were risk factors for lower extremity VT in patients with cerebral hemorrhage under conservative treatment(all P<0.05).The levels of PAgT and Hcy had a certain predictive value for the occurrence of lower extremity VT in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and the combination of the two had a higher predictive value(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of PAgT and Hcy increase in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after conservative treatment,which have high predictive value for the occurrence of lower extremity VT.
