摘要:
目的:分析血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-12、IL-17水平与胃癌化疗患者预后的关系。方法:收集109例接受化疗干预的胃癌患者临床资料,根据患者的预后情况将其分为预后良好组(n=68)与预后不良组(n=41)。记录并统计患者临床资料,经Pearson相关性分析血清IL-6、IL-12、IL-17水平与胃癌患者化疗预后的关系; 经Logistic回归分析探讨影响胃癌化疗预后的影响因素; 经受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清IL-6、IL-12、IL-17水平对胃癌患者化疗预后的预测价值。结果:预后不良组年龄及血清IL-6、IL-17水平均较预后良好组高,而IL-12水平较预后良好组低(均P<0.05); 经Pearson相关性分析显示,血清IL-6、IL-17水平均与胃癌化疗患者不良预后呈正相关,血清IL-12水平与胃癌化疗患者不良预后呈负相关(均P<0.05); 经Logistic回归分析显示,血清IL-6、IL-17水平异常升高均为影响胃癌化疗预后的独立危险因素,而血清IL-12水平升高为影响胃癌化疗预后的保护因素(均P<0.05); 经ROC曲线分析显示,血清IL-6、IL-12、IL-17水平均对胃癌化疗预后具有较好预测价值,其中以血清IL-17的预测价值相对最好(均P<0.05)。结论:胃癌化疗患者血清IL-6、IL-17水平越高,IL-12水平越低,其不良预后发生风险也相对越高,通过监测上述指标水平有利于早期辅助临床预测患者预后情况。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the relationship between serum interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-12,IL-17 levels and the prognosis in gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:The clinical data of 109 gastric cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy were collected retrospectively.Based on the prognosis,patients included were divided into good prognosis group(68 cases)and poor prognosis group(41 cases).The clinical data of the patients were recorded and analyzed.Pearson correlation analysis was performed to discuss the relationship between serum IL-6,IL-12 and IL-17 levels and the prognosis in gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Logistic regression analysis was performed to screen the factors influencing the prognosis of chemotherapy for gastric cancer.ROC curves were used to analyze the prognostic value of serum IL-6,IL-12 and IL-17 levels in gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Results:Age and serum IL-6 and IL-17 levels of the poor prognosis group were higher than those of the good prognosis group.IL-12 levels were lower than those of the good prognosis group(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis found that serum IL-6 and IL-17 levels were positively correlated with poor prognosis,while serum IL-12 level was negatively correlated with poor prognosis in gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that abnormally elevated serum IL-6 and IL-17 levels were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of chemotherapy for gastric cancer,while elevated serum IL-12 level was a protective factor(all P<0.05).ROC curves indicated that serum IL-6,IL-12 and IL-17 level were helpful for predicting the prognosis of chemotherapy for gastric cancer,and the performance of serum IL-17 was the best(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The higher the serum IL-6 and IL-17 levels,the lower the level of IL-12,the higher the risk of poor prognosis in gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Monitoring the levels of these indicators is beneficial for early clinical prediction of prognosis.
