摘要:
代谢性疾病包括糖尿病、高脂血症、脂肪肝、肥胖、动脉粥样硬化、代谢综合征、高尿酸血症等,其特征是血脂异常、胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素分泌缺陷、葡萄糖耐量异常和慢性炎症等。这些疾病可同时发生、互相影响,增加致残、病死风险。氢气是无色无味、最轻的气体,是近年来医学研究领域的焦点之一。富氢水被认为是一种新型抗氧化剂,许多研究表明富氢水在代谢性疾病中具有潜在的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与抗氧化、抗炎和抗凋亡作用有关。现就富氢水在代谢性疾病中的治疗作用进行综述,以期为代谢性疾病的治疗提供更多思路。
Abstract:
Metabolic diseases include diabetes,hyperlipidemia,fatty liver,obesity,atherosclerosis,metabolic syndrome,hyperuricemia,which are characterized by dyslipidemia,insulin resistance,insulin secretion defects,impaired glucose tolerance,and chronic inflammation.These diseases can occur at the same time and affect each other,increasing the risk of disability and mortality.Hydrogen is the lightest gas that is colorless,odorless,and has been one of the focal points of medical research in recent years.Hydrogen-rich water is considered to be a new type of antioxidant,and many studies have shown that hydrogen-rich water has potential therapeutic effects in metabolic diseases,and its mechanism of action may be related to antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and anti-apoptotic effects.This article reviews the therapeutic effect of hydrogen-rich water in metabolic diseases,in order to provide more ideas for the treatment of metabolic diseases.
