摘要:
目的:探讨热休克蛋白90α(HSP90α)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)及胃泌素释放肽前体(ProGRP)在肺癌患者血清中的表达水平及检测意义。方法:选取接受诊治的肺癌患者133例为肺癌组,另选择肺部良性结节患者106例(良性肺病组)及体检健康者112例(对照组)。比较三组血清HSP90α、β2-MG、ProGRP水平,并分析HSP90α、β2-MG、ProGRP对肺癌的诊断价值; 比较肺癌组不同病理类型患者血清HSP90α、β2-MG、ProGRP阳性检出率以及肺癌组化疗后不同疗效患者血清HSP90α、β2-MG、ProGRP水平。结果:肺癌组血清HSP90α、β2-MG、ProGRP水平高于对照组、良性肺病组(均P<0.05)。血清HSP90α、β2-MG、ProGRP联合检测肺癌的AUC为0.861,高于三者单独检测的AUC(均P<0.05)。血清HSP90α、β2-MG在NSCLC阳性检出率高于SCLC,血清ProGRP在SCLC阳性检出率高于NSCLC(均P<0.05)。肺癌组化疗后,无效患者血清HSP90α、β2-MG、ProGRP水平高于有效和稳定患者(均P<0.05)。稳定患者血清HSP90α、β2-MG、ProGRP水平高于有效患者(均P<0.05)。结论:肺癌患者血清HSP90α、β2-MG、ProGRP水平升高,且与不同病理类型和化疗效果有关,三者联合检测对肺癌诊断价值较高。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression levels and significance of heat shock protein 90α(HSP90α),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and pro-gastrin releasing peptide(ProGRP)in the serum of patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 133 lung cancer patients were selected as the lung cancer group.In addition,106 patients with benign lung nodules(benign lung disease group)and 112 healthy subjects(control group)were selected.The serum levels of HSP90α,β2-MG and ProGRP were compared between the three groups.The diagnostic value of HSP90α,β2-MG and ProGRP in lung cancer was analyzed.The positive detection rates of serum HSP90α,β2-MG and ProGRP in patients with different pathological types in the lung cancer group were compared.After chemotherapy,the serum levels of HSP90α,β2-MG and ProGRP in patients with different efficacy were compared in the lung cancer group.Results:The serum levels of HSP90α,β2-MG and ProGRP in the lung cancer group were higher than those in the control group and the benign lung disease group(all P<0.05).The AUC of combined detection of serum HSP90α,β2-MG and ProGRP in lung cancer was 0.861,which was higher than that of the three alone(all P<0.05).The positive detection rates of serum HSP90α and β2-MG in NSCLC were higher than those in SCLC,and the positive detection rate of serum ProGRP in SCLC was higher than that in NSCLC(all P<0.05).After chemotherapy,the serum levels of HSP90α,β2-MG and ProGRP in the ineffective patients were higher than those in the effective and stable patients(all P<0.05).The serum levels of HSP90α,β2-MG and ProGRP in stable patients were higher than those in effective patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of HSP90α,β2-MG and ProGRP in lung cancer patients are increased,which are related to different pathological types and chemotherapy effects,and the combination of the three has high diagnostic value for lung cancer.
