摘要:
目的:探讨血清骨膜蛋白(PN)、微小RNA-155(miR-155)与支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿肺功能和免疫功能及预后的相关性。方法:选择支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿90例为观察组,另选择体检健康的儿童90例为对照组。比较两组血清PN、miR-155、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IgG、IgM、IgE水平及肺功能指标。比较不同预后患儿血清PN、miR-155水平。采用Pearson法对支气管哮喘患儿血清PN、miR-155水平与肺功能、免疫功能及预后的相关性进行分析。结果:观察组患儿血清PN、miR-155水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患儿第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)、最大呼气峰流速占预计值百分比(PEF%pred)、用力肺活量(FVC)及FEV1/FVC下降(均P<0.05)。观察组患儿血清IgA、IgG水平低于对照组,IgM、IgE较对照组升高(均P<0.05)。预后良好组患儿血清PN、miR-155水平低于预后不良组(均P<0.05)。哮喘患儿血清PN及miR-155水平与FEV1%pred、FVC、PEF%pred、FEV1/FVC、IgA、IgG呈负相关,与IgM、IgE呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿血清PN、miR-155水平升高,与肺功能指标及血清IgA、IgG水平呈负相关,与IgM、IgE呈正相关,临床上可用于判断疾病预后情况。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the correlation of serum periostin(PN)and microRNA-155(miR-155)with lung function,immune function and prognosis in children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 90 children with acute attack of bronchial asthma were enrolled as an observation group,and 90 healthy children who underwent physical examination were enrolled as a control group.The serum levels of PN,miR-155,immunoglobulin A(IgA),IgG,IgM,IgE and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups.The levels of serum PN and miR-155 in children with different prognosis were compared.Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between serum PN,miR-155 levels and lung function,immune function and prognosis in children with bronchial asthma.Results:The observation group had significantly higher serum levels of PN and miR-155 than the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the FEV1%pred,PEF%pred,FVC and FEV1/FVC were decreased in the observation group(all P<0.05).The levels of serum IgA and IgG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IgM and IgE were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of serum PN and miR-155 in the good prognosis group were lower than those in the poor prognosis group(all P<0.05).The levels of PN and miR-155 in serum of asthmatic children were negatively correlated with FEV1%pred,FVC,PEF%pred,FEV1/FVC,IgA and IgG,and positively correlated with IgM and IgE(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum PN and miR-155 are increased in children with acute attack of bronchial asthma,which are negatively correlated with lung function indexes and serum IgA and IgG levels,and positively correlated with IgM and IgE.PN and miR-155 can be used to judge the prognosis of the disease in clinical practice.
