摘要:
子宫内膜癌(EC)是妇科恶性肿瘤中常见的代谢相关性肿瘤之一。腹型肥胖、糖尿病和高血压被认为是EC的代谢三联征并且影响EC预后。在社会经济水平不断提高、人们饮食结构和生活习惯发生明显改变等多因素影响下,EC发病率已位居妇科肿瘤之首。随着对代谢相关性肿瘤微环境(TME)机制的深入研究,发现代谢失衡会使细胞微环境显著改变,进而影响多种细胞信号途径导致肿瘤的发生。现就腹型肥胖、糖尿病和高血压等代谢综合征组分对EC及其TME产生和发展的相关研究进展进行综述,探讨其对EC及其肿瘤微环境的影响。
Abstract:
Endometrial cancer is one of the common metabolic-related gynecologic malignancies.Abdominal obesity,diabetes mellitus and hypertension are considered as the metabolic triad of EC and affect its prognosis.Under the influence of multiple factors such as increasing socioeconomic level and significant changes in people's dietary structure and lifestyle habits,the incidence of endometrial cancer has ranked first among gynecologic tumors.With the in-depth study of the microenvironmental mechanisms of metabolism-related tumors,it has been found that metabolic imbalance can significantly alter the cellular microenvironment,which in turn affects various cellular signaling pathways leading to tumorigenesis.The research progress related to the generation and development of endometrial cancer and its tumor microenvironment by metabolic syndrome components such as abdominal obesity,diabetes mellitus and hypertension is reviewed to discuss their effects on endometrial cancer and its tumor microenvironment.
