摘要:
目的:探讨Damon Q自锁托槽正畸治疗疗效及对患者龈沟液氧化应激指标、细胞因子水平的影响。方法:选择接受正畸治疗患者78例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为结扎托槽组(39例,给予常规结扎式托槽矫治器)和自锁托槽组(39例,给予Damon Q自锁托槽矫治器),统计两组治疗1年后疗效,对比两组治疗前及治疗6个月后的牙周健康指数、龈沟液氧化应激指标、细胞因子水平。结果:治疗1年后,自锁托槽组有效率高于结扎托槽组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组软垢指数(DI)、牙石指数(CI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05); 治疗1年后,两组DI、CI、SBI、GI水平均较治疗前升高,与结扎托槽组相比,自锁托槽组DI、CI、SBI、GI水平更低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GXH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05); 治疗1年后,两组SOD、GXH-Px水平均较治疗前升高,MDA水平降低,与结扎托槽组相比,自锁托槽组SOD、GXH-Px水平更高,MDA水平更低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组细胞间黏附分子1(CAM1)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP2)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、一氧化氮(NO)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05); 治疗1年后,两组CAM1、MMP2、NO、IL-1β水平均较治疗前升高,与结扎托槽组相比,自锁托槽组CAM1、MMP2、NO、IL-1β水平较低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:Damon Q自锁托槽在正畸治疗中疗效显著,能够有效调节龈沟液氧化应激指标,更好地维持口腔卫生,保护牙周组织,对 CAM1、MMP2、NO、IL-1β水平影响更小,更有利于牙齿健康。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Damon Q self-locking bracket orthodontic treatment and its effect on oxidative stress indexes and cytokine levels of gingival sulcus liquid.Methods:Seventy-eight patients receiving orthodontic treatment were selected as the study objects and divided into the ligation bracket group(39 patients receiving conventional ligation bracket appliance)and the self-locking bracket group(39 patients receiving Damon Q self-locking bracket appliance)according to the random number table method.The curative effect of the two groups after 1 year of treatment was analyzed.The periodontal health index,oxidative stress index and cytokine levels of gingival sulcus liquid were compared between the two groups before treatment and 6 months after treatment.Results:After 1 year of treatment,the effective rate of self-locking bracket group was higher than that of ligation bracket group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in DI,CI,SBI and GI between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 1 year of treatment,the levels of DI,CI,SBI and GI in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of DI,CI,SBI and GI in the self-locking bracket group were lower than those in the ligation bracket group(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of SOD,GXH-Px and MDA between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 1 year of treatment,SOD and GXH-Px levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment,while MDA level was lower; compared with the ligation bracket group,SOD and GXH-Px levels in the self-locking bracket group were higher and MDA level was lower(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of CAM1,MMP2,IL-1β and NO between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 1 year of treatment,the levels of CAM1,MMP2,NO and IL-1β in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CAM1,MMP2,NO and IL-1β in the self-locking bracket group were lower than those in the ligation bracket group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Damon Q self-locking bracket is effective in orthodontic treatment,which can effectively regulate the oxidative stress indexes of gingival sulcus liquid,better maintain oral hygiene,protect periodontal tissues,and have less effect on the levels of CAM1,MMP2,NO and IL-1β,which is more conducive to dental health.
