摘要:
目的:探讨Panavia F树脂水门汀在牙体缺损修复中的应用价值及美学效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将牙科接受治疗的84例(84牙)牙体缺损修复患者分为对照组和观察组,各42例(42牙)。对照组采用多功能玻璃离子粘结剂粘接,观察组采用Panavia F树脂水门汀粘接。比较两组患者改良版美国公众健康服务标准(USPHS)分级、牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、并发症发生情况以及患者对牙体修复的满意度。结果:观察组患者治疗后3个月和6个月时的边缘密合度分级和修复体颜色分级显著优于对照组,修复体脱落发生率显著低于对照组,观察组患者治疗后6个月时的牙龈健康分级显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后3个月和6个月时的GI、PLI和SBI均分别低于治疗前,观察组患者治疗后同时间的GI、PLI和SBI均分别显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患者修复总满意度显著高于对照组,治疗后牙髓病变、牙本质过敏发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:Panavia F树脂水门汀能够提高牙体缺损修复效果,增强修复体密合程度,改善牙周健康,提高牙齿美观度和患者满意度。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application value and aesthetic effect of Panavia F resin cement in the restoration of tooth defects.Methods:A total of 84 patients(84 teeth)with dental defect were divided into the control group and the observation group with 42 cases(42 teeth)each.The control group was bonded with multifunctional glass ionomer adhesive,and the observation group was bonded with Panavia F resin cement.The USPHS classification,Gingival Index(GI),Plaque Index(PLI),Gingival Sulcus Bleeding Index(SBI),complications and patients' satisfaction with dental restoration were compared between the two groups.Results:At 3 months and 6 months after treatment,the marginal fitness grade and restoration color grade of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the incidence of restoration detachment was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The gingival health grade of the patients in the observation group at 6 months after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The GI,PLI and SBI of the two groups at 3 and 6 months after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the same time(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of pulp lesions and dentin hypersensitivity after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Panavia F resin cement can improve the effect of tooth defect repair,enhance the degree of restoration,improve periodontal health,improve the aesthetic appearance of teeth and patient's satisfaction.
