摘要:
目的:探究卵巢癌及癌前病变患者组织标本中CD24、β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)的表达状况及其与患者临床特征的关联性。方法:选取就诊并进行治疗的40例良性卵巢肿瘤患者(A组),40例交界性卵巢肿瘤患者(B组),60例卵巢癌患者(C组),同期60例体检健康的女性患者(N组)为研究对象。观察CD24、β-catenin与相关蛋白唾液酸结合免疫球蛋白样凝集素-10(Siglec-10)、Engrailed-2(EN2)在各组研究对象组织中的表达情况,同时分析CD24、β-catenin表达与卵巢癌患者临床特征间的关联性; 并对 CD24与Siglec-10、β-catenin与EN2表达的相关性进行分析。结果:A组、B组、C组、N组四组研究对象中,CD24阳性表达率分别为22.50%、57.50%、85.00%、6.67%; β-catenin阳性表达率分别为27.50%、67.50%、81.67%、10.00%; Siglec-10阳性表达率分别为25.00%、65.00%、88.33%、8.33%,EN2阳性表达率分别为35.00%、62.50%、78.33%、10.00%,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在卵巢癌患者组织中,CD24、β-catenin表达与患者年龄、病理类型不存在显著关联(均P>0.05),CD24表达与患者临床分期、淋巴结转移、组织分化均存在显著关联(均P<0.05),β-catenin表达与患者组织分化存在显著相关性(P<0.05),且CD24与Siglec-10、β-catenin与EN2 表达均呈现正相关性(r=0.865,r=0.901,均P=0.000)。结论:对于卵巢癌患者而言,随着患者病变程度的加深,CD24、β-catenin的表达呈现上调趋势,CD24相关蛋白Siglec-10、EN2的表达也呈现上调趋势; 同时CD24的表达与患者临床分期、组织分化及淋巴结转移均存在显著关联,β-catenin的表达与患者组织分化存在显著关联。此外,卵巢癌患者组织中CD24与Siglec-10、β-catenin与EN2 表达均呈现正相关性,为临床诊疗提供了参考价值。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the expression status of CD24 and β-catenin in tissue samples of patients with ovarian cancer and precancerous lesions and their correlation with clinical characteristics of patients.Methods:Forty patients with benign ovarian tumors(group A),Forty patients with cross-sectional ovarian tumors(group B),sixty patients with ovarian cancer(group C),and sixty healthy women(group N)were included in the study.The expressions of CD24,β-catenin and related proteins Siglec-10 and EN2 in the tissues of the subjects in each group were observed.The correlation between the expressions of CD24,β-catenin and the clinical characteristics of ovarian cancer patients was analyzed.The correlation between the expressions of CD24,Siglec-10,β-catenin and EN2 was also analyzed.Results:In groups A,B,C and N,the positive expression rates of CD24 were 22.50%,57.50%,85.00% and 6.67%,respectively; the positive expression rates of β-catenin were 27.50%,67.50%,81.67% and 10.00%,respectively; the positive expression rates of Siglec-10 were 25.00%,65.00%,88.33% and 8.33%,respectively; the positive expression rates of EN2 were 35.00%,62.50%,78.33% and 10.00%,respectively,with significant differences between groups(all P<0.05).In the tissues of patients with ovarian cancer,the expressions of CD24 and β-catenin was not significantly correlated with the patient's age and pathological type(all P>0.05),but the expression of CD24 was significantly correlated with the clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and tissue differentiation(all P<0.05),and the expression of β-catenin was significantly correlated with the tissue differentiation(P<0.05),and the expressions of CD24 and Siglec-10,and the expressions of β-catenin and EN2 were all positively correlated(r=0.865,r=0.901,all P=0.000).Conclusion:For ovarian cancer patients,with the deepening of the lesion,the expressions of CD24 and β-catenin were up-regulated,related proteins Siglec-10 and EN2 were also up-regulated.The expression of CD24 was significantly correlated with the clinical stage,tissue differentiation and lymph node metastasis,and the expression of β-catenin was significantly correlated with the tissue differentiation.In addition,the expressions of CD24 and Siglec-10,the expressions of β-catenin and EN2 in the tissues of ovarian cancer patients were positively correlated,which provided a reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
