摘要:
目的:探讨外用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)凝胶对超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗痤疮瘢痕的疗效。方法:选取痤疮瘢痕患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(50例)和研究组(50例)。对照组行超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗,外用莫匹罗星软膏。研究组在对照组治疗基础上外用bFGF凝胶。观察两组临床疗效。对比两组患者治疗后痤疮基底深度、痤疮瘢痕权重(ECCA)评分、结痂时间及红斑持续时间。结果:研究组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组痤疮基底深度和ECCA评分比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗1、3个月后,研究组痤疮基底深度和ECCA评分较对照组低(均P<0.05)。研究组结痂时间和红斑持续时间较对照组短(均P<0.05)。结论:外用bFGF凝胶联合超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗痤疮瘢痕,可明显改善痤疮基底深度和ECCA评分,缩短结痂时间及红斑持续时间。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of topical basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)gel combined with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of acne scars.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acne scars were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and research group(50 cases).The control group received ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser treatment and externally applied mupirocin ointment.The study group received topical bFGF gel based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Acne basal depth,ECCA score,crusting time and erythema duration were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in acne base depth and skin barrier and ECCA score between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the acne base depth,ECCA score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The crusting time and erythema duration in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Topical bFGF gel combined with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser can significantly improve acne basal depth,ECCA score,and shorten crusting time and erythema duration.
