摘要:
目的:研究脑动脉粥样硬化大鼠血清C1q坏死因子相关蛋白12(CTRP12)和脂联素(APN)的表达水平,及其与磁共振成像技术参数的相关性。方法:30只SD大鼠随机分为两组,即对照组(假手术健康大鼠)和模型组(脑动脉粥样硬化大鼠)。检测并比较两组大鼠收缩压、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、CTRP12以及APN水平。使用小动物磁共振成像仪检测模型组大鼠脑动脉斑块个数、厚度以及体积,并使用Pearson法分析血清CTRP12、APN与脑动脉斑块个数、厚度、体积的相关性。结果:模型组大鼠收缩压和血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均显著高于对照组正常大鼠(均P<0.05)。模型组大鼠血清CTRP12和APN水平均显著低于对照组正常大鼠(均P<0.05)。模型组大鼠血清CTRP12与脑动脉斑块个数(r=-0.732,P<0.05)、厚度(r=-0.622,P<0.05)、体积(r=-0.732,P<0.05)均呈负相关; 模型组大鼠血清APN与脑动脉斑块个数(r=-0.692,P<0.05)、厚度(r=-0.577,P<0.05)、体积(r=-0.612,P<0.05)均呈负相关。结论:脑动脉粥样硬化大鼠血清CTRP12和APN的表达水平降低,并且其与磁共振成像检测的脑动脉斑块个数、厚度和体积均呈负相关。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the expression levels of serum C1q necrosis factor-related protein 12(CTRP12)and adiponectin(APN)in cerebral atherosclerotic rats and their correlation with technical parameters of MRI.Methods:Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into control group(sham-operated healthy rats)and model group(cerebral atherosclerotic rats).The levels of systolic blood pressure,serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,CTRP12 and APN were detected and compared between two groups.The number,thickness and volume of cerebral artery plaques in the model group were detected by a small animal magnetic resonance imaging device.Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between serum CTRP12,APN and the number,thickness and volume of cerebral artery plaques.Results:The systolic blood pressure,serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels of model group were significantly higher than those of control group(all P<0.05).The serum CTRP12 and APN levels in model group were significantly lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).In the model group,serum CTRP12 was negatively correlated with the number,thickness and volume of cerebral artery plaques(r=-0.732,-0.622,-0.732,all P<0.05),and serum APN was also negatively correlated with the number,thickness and volume of cerebral artery plaques(r=-0.692,-0.577,-0.612,all P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum CTRP12 and APN expression levels were decreased in rats with intracranial atherosclerosis,and they were negatively correlated with the number,thickness and volume of cerebral arterial plaques detected by MRI.
