摘要:
目的:观察掌侧入路取桡骨远端松质骨移植内固定治疗舟状骨骨不连的疗效。方法:收集腕舟状骨骨不连患者46例,根据手术方式不同分为观察组(27例)和对照组(19例)。观察组采用联合掌侧入路取桡骨远端松质骨移植内固定治疗。对照组采用桡动脉茎突返支蒂桡骨瓣移植治疗。比较两组临床疗效。采用Mayo腕关节功能评分对两组患者腕关节功能情况进行评分。分析两组患者术后末次随访时腕关节背伸、屈曲、尺偏、桡偏、握力功能情况。比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组疼痛程度和握力评分比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组活动范围评分和功能状态评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组旋前、旋后、尺偏及桡偏比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组屈曲和背伸高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组术后并发症总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相较于桡动脉茎突返支蒂桡骨瓣移植,掌侧入路取桡骨远端松质骨移植内固定治疗舟骨骨不连具有更好的疗效。
