摘要:
随着核磁共振(MRI)的普及,脑白质高信号(WMH)已成为影像学研究的热点。WMH虽普遍存在,但其发生机制仍不明确,临床上有多种相应学说,如脑灌注学说、血脑屏障和内皮功能学说、基因遗传学说等。另外,WMH与脑血管病、认知功能障碍、不良情绪及其他临床症状存在相关性。现就WMH发生机制及临床相关性方面的研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:
With the popularity of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),white matter hyperintensity(WMH)has become a hot topic in imaging studies.Although WMH is widespread,its mechanism is still unclear.There are many clinical theories,such as cerebral perfusion theory,blood-brain barrier and endothelial function theory,genetic inheritance theory,etc.In addition,WMH is associated with cerebrovascular disease,cognitive dysfunction,bad mood and other clinical symptoms.This article reviews the research progress on the pathogenesis and clinical relevance of WMH.
