摘要:
目的:探讨氟化泡沫联合伢典凝胶去龋法治疗小儿乳牙龋齿的临床效果。方法:选择乳牙龋齿患儿262例(318颗龋齿)为研究对象,随机分为对照组(131例,158颗龋齿)和研究组(131例,160颗龋齿)。对照组采用氟化泡沫治疗。研究组采用氟化泡沫联合伢典凝胶去龋法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、患儿舒适度、合作情况、并发症发生情况、疼痛率、意外穿髓率、牙体创伤率以及生活质量评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率、舒适度及合作率显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组疼痛率、意外穿髓率、牙体创伤率显著高于研究组(均P<0.05)。研究组治疗后环境、心理状况、社会关系、生理状况评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:在小儿乳牙龋齿治疗中采用氟化泡沫联合伢典凝胶去龋法治疗可减轻疼痛,提高患儿生活质量评分,维持填充物完好,且患者配合度及舒适度较高,并发症较少。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of luorinated foam combined with carisolv method for removal of caries in children with primary tooth caries.Methods:A total of 262 children with primary dental caries(318 caries)were randomly divided into control group(131 cases,158 caries)and study group(131 cases,160 caries).The control group was treated with fluorinated foam.The study group was treated with luorinated foam combined with carisolv method for removal of caries.The treatment effect,comfort,cooperation,complications,pain rate,accidental pulp penetration rate,dental trauma rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate,comfort and cooperation rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain rate,accidental pulp penetration rate and tooth trauma rate in the control group were significantly higher than those in the study group(all P<0.05).The scores of environment,psychological status,social relationship and physiological status in the study group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of primary teeth caries in children,the use of fluorinated foam combined with carisolv method for removal of caries can reduce pain,improve the quality of life score,maintain intact fillers,and have higher degree of coordination and comfort,fewer complications.
