摘要:
对于上前牙缺失的患者,口腔种植已经成为了首选常规治疗方案,相较于固定修复和可摘义齿修复,口腔种植修复效果更持久,便捷性更强,异物感更低。了解上前牙区骨质的解剖特点,重要解剖结构的特征,以及缺牙后骨质的吸收变化,对于将种植体植入理想的三维位置,获得良好的美学参数和长期良好的行使功能至关重要。现总结用锥形束CT(CBCT)来观测前牙区种植相关的重要解剖因素的结果和意义,包括唇侧牙槽骨厚度、牙根和骨的位置关系,鼻腭管以及缺牙后牙槽嵴的变化,为了解前牙美学区的解剖特点和参数提供参考。
