摘要:
骨髓间充质干细胞具有分化形成软骨细胞、成骨细胞、神经细胞等多向分化潜能,具有促进骨与软组织的修复且取材方便、易于培养的优势,目前已有大量研究显示,其在治疗骨科疾病领域得到了广泛的关注。近年来,骨髓间充质干细胞应用于骨科疾病治疗的基础和临床研究已成为热点,笔者就近年来骨髓间充质干细胞用于治疗骨科疾病的应用现状和疗效做一综述。
Abstract:
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have the potential to differentiate into chondrocytes,osteoblasts and nerve cells,and have the advantages of facilitating bone and soft tissue repair,convenient selection and easy culture.At present,a large number of studies have shown that they have received extensive attention in the field of orthopedic diseases.In recent years,the application of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of orthopedic diseases has become a focus of basic and clinical research.This paper reviews the application status and efficacy of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of orthopedic diseases.
