摘要:
目的:探讨过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿血清基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)、白细胞介素-9(IL-9)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达水平变化及临床意义。方法:选取HSP患儿96例为HSP组,选择同期进行健康体检的儿童96例为对照组。检测两组血清MMP-13、IL-9和TNF-α表达水平。给予HSP患儿药物综合治疗后,比较不同疗效患儿血清MMP-13、IL-9和TNF-α表达水平。采用Spearsman法分析HSP患儿预后与上述指标水平的相关性。采用Logistic回归模型分析影响HSP患儿预后的因素。结果:HSP组血清MMP-13、IL-9和TNF-α表达水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。在HSP组中,治疗后痊愈54例,显效36例,无效6例,有效率为93.75%。有效患儿血清MMP-13、IL-9和TNF-α表达水平低于无效患儿(均P<0.05)。Spearsman相关性分析显示,HSP患儿预后与血清MMP-13、IL-9和TNF-α表达水平呈正相关(r=0.722、0.542、0.443,均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,血清MMP-13、IL-9和TNF-α表达水平均为患儿预后的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:HSP患儿血清MMP-13、IL-9和TNF-α呈现高表达状况,与患儿预后存在相关性,也是影响患儿预后的重要因素。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the changes and significance of serum levels of matrix metalloproteases-13(MMP-13),interleukin-9(IL-9)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods:Ninety-six children with HSP were selected as the HSP group,and 96 children who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of serum MMP-13,IL-9 and TNF-α were detected in the two groups.After administering comprehensive drug treatment for children with HSP,the expression levels of serum MMP-13,IL-9 and TNF-α in children with different curative effects were compared.Spearsman method was used to analyze the correlation between the prognosis of children with HSP and the levels of the above indicators.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting the prognosis of children with HSP.Results:The expression levels of serum MMP-13,IL-9 and TNF-α in the HSP group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).In the HSP group,after treatment,54 cases were cured,36 cases were markedly effective,and 6 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 93.75%.The expression levels of serum MMP-13,IL-9 and TNF-α in effective children were lower than those in ineffective children(all P<0.05).Spearsman correlation analysis showed that the prognosis of children with HSP was positively correlated with serum MMP-13,IL-9 and TNF-α expression levels(r=0.722,0.542,0.443,all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the expression levels of serum MMP-13,IL-9 and TNF-α were all influencing factors for the prognosis of children(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of MMP-13,IL-9 and TNF-α are highly expressed in children with HSP,which are related to the prognosis of the children and are also important factors affecting the prognosis of the children.
