摘要:
富血小板血浆(PRP)内含多种促进组织修复的生长因子,在骨与软组织修复领域得到了广泛应用。近年来,有关PRP的基础和临床研究较多,特别在骨科疾病治疗方面。由于临床效果较明显,目前已用于多种骨科疾病的替代疗法。现结合近年国内外PRP的相关临床研究,就PRP制备及其在骨折、骨性关节炎、肌腱韧带损伤、肌肉创面损伤等骨科疾病中的应用现状及疗效研究进行综述。
Abstract:
Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)contains a variety of growth factors that promote tissue repair,and has been widely used in the field of bone and soft tissue repair.In recent years,there have been many basic and clinical studies on PRP,especially in the treatment of orthopedic diseases.Due to its obvious clinical effect,it has been used as an alternative therapy for a variety of orthopedic diseases.Based on the relevant clinical studies of PRP at home and abroad in recent years,this article reviews the preparation of PRP and its application in fractures,osteoarthritis,tendon and ligament injuries,muscle wound injuries and other orthopedic diseases.
