摘要:
目的:探讨Circular RNA PRKCI在脑胶质瘤中的表达及其预后意义。方法:通过定量逆转录聚合酶链式反应检测Circular RNA PRKCI在61例脑胶质瘤组织及正常脑组织中的表达水平,并绘制Kaplan-Meier曲线、对数秩检验和Cox分析,以阐明Circular RNA PRKCI的临床意义。结果:与正常组织相比,Circular RNA PRKCI在胶质瘤患者中的表达增高(P<0.001),且Circular RNA PRKCI表达上调与WHO分级的增高有关(P=0.017)。Kaplan-Meier分析结果显示,Circular RNA PRKCI高表达患者的5年存活率明显低于低表达Circular RNA PRKCI的患者(P=0.0309)。Cox单因素和多因素分析显示,Circular RNA PRKCI过度表达(P<0.001)可作为胶质瘤患者预后的独立影响因素。结论:Circular RNA PRKCI在胶质瘤组织中高表达,且高Circular RNA PRKCI表达的患者预后不良,提示Circular RNA PRKCI可能是胶质瘤患者相关预后判断和治疗的潜在靶点。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression level of circular RNA PRKCI in glioma and its prognostic significance.Methods:The expression level of circular RNA PRKCI in 61 cases of glioma tissues and normal brain tissues was detected by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,and Kaplan-Meier curve,logarithmic rank test and Cox analysis were carried out to clarify the clinical significance of circular RNA PRKCI.Results:Compared with normal tissues,the expression of circular RNA PRKCI was increased in glioma patients(P<0.001),and the up-regulation of circular RNA PRKCI was related to the increase of WHO grade(P=0.017).Kaplan-meier analysis showed that the 5-year survival rate of patients with high expression of circular RNA PRKCI was significantly lower than that of patients with low expression of circular RNA PRKCI(P=0.0309).Cox analysis showed that overexpression of circular RNA PRKCI could be used as an independent prognostic factor in patients with glioma(P<0.001).Conclusion:Circular RNA PRKCI is highly expressed in glioma tissues,and patients with high circular RNA PRKCI expression have a poor prognosis,suggesting that circular RNA PRKCI may be a potential target for prognostic judgment and treatment of glioma patients.
