摘要:
目的:探讨阻力训练对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)压力感受性反射敏感性的计算机断层扫描(CT)影像学研究。方法:根据实验要求,将实验大鼠分为对照组(健康Wistar大鼠作为实验空白对照,n=10),对照训练组(该组大鼠进行阻力训练,n=10),模型组(SHR作为高血压模型,n=10),模型训练组(SHR大鼠进行了阻力训练,n=10)。通过攀爬试验进行阻力训练,半分析天平对大鼠体重和肌肉进行称重及采用血液动力学检测大鼠血压和心率。CT对大鼠肺进行影像学观察,通过模拟数字平板PowerLab对大鼠压力敏感性进行检测。结果:模型组和模型训练组较对照组和对照训练组体重降低、最大负荷量降低(均P<0.05)。模型组较其他三组比目鱼肌和趾长伸肌质量降低、收缩压和心率降低、肺密度增加(均P<0.05)。模型组和模型训练组较对照组和趾长伸肌的质量降低(均P<0.05),模型训练组较对照组比目鱼肌质量升高、心动过速BRS降低(均P<0.05),模型组较模型训练组舒张压和心动过缓BRS降低、肺密度升高(均P<0.05)。结论:阻力运动训练可降低高血压大鼠的高血压,改善心肺功能并提高颈动脉压力感受器的敏感性。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the computer tomography(CT)imaging study of resistance training on the baroreflex sensitivity of spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).Methods:The experimental rats were divided into control group(healthy Wistar rats as the experimental blank control,n=10),control training group(the rats in this group were subjected to resistance training,n=10),model group(SHR as high Blood pressure model,n=10),and model training group(SHR rats underwent resistance training,n=10).Resistance training was carried out by climbing test,weight and muscle of rats were weighed by semi analytical balance,and blood pressure and heart rate were measured by hemodynamics.The lung of rats was observed by CT,and the pressure sensitivity of rats was detected by analog digital plate powerlab.Results:Compared with the control group and the model training group,the weight and maximum load of the model group and the model training group decreased(all P<0.05).Compared with the other three groups,the weight of soleus and extensor digitorum longus in model group decreased,systolic blood pressure and heart rate decreased,lung density increased(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the weight of extensor digitorum longus in the model group and the model training group decreased(all P<0.05),the weight of soleus muscle in the model training group increased,the BRS of tachycardia in the model training group decreased(all P<0.05).Compared with the model training group,the diastolic blood pressure and bradycardia BRS of the model group were lower,and the lung density was higher(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Resistance exercise training can reduce hypertension,improve cardiopulmonary function and increase the sensitivity of carotid baroreceptor in hypertensive rats.
