摘要:
年来,随着人口老龄化加剧和人们生活习惯改变,颈椎病发病率逐年上升。对于保守治疗无效的患者,通常采用外科手术治疗。然而,对于不同类型颈椎病,手术方式的选择截然不同。即使是同一类型颈椎病,手术方案的选择也不尽相同。这就要求相关临床工作者不仅要拥有扎实的基本功,还要结合患者实际情况提供不同手术方案供患者及家属选择,为患者谋取最大化治疗效益。现综述不同节段颈椎病颈前路手术相关进展,为治疗颈椎病提供临床参考。
Abstract:
In recent years,the incidence of cervical spondylosis has increased year by year with the aggravation of population aging and the change of people's living habits.For patients whose conservative treatment is ineffective,surgical treatment is usually used.However,for different types of cervical spondylosis,the choice of surgical methods is very different.Even for the same type of cervical spondylosis,the choice of surgical procedures is not the same.This requires the relevant clinical workers not only to have solid basic skills,but also to provide different surgical schemes for patients and their families to choose from,and to obtain the maximum treatment benefits.This article reviews the related advances in cervical frontal surgery for cervical spondylosis in different segments,and provides clinical reference for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
