摘要:
目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对兔后发性白内障房水的影响。方法:将兔后发性白内障动物模型(15只大白兔)随机平分为三组:模型组、bFGF 1组与bFGF 2组,三组分别经后房注射生理盐水、0.25 mg bFGF 与0.50 mg bFGF治疗,每周1次,持续4周,检测房水变化情况。结果:bFGF 1组与bFGF 2组治疗第4周的房水细胞分级优于模型组(均P<0.05),bFGF 2组优于bFGF 1组(P<0.05)。bFGF 1组与bFGF 2组治疗第4周的后囊膜混浊程度轻于模型组(均P<0.05),bFGF 2组轻于bFGF 1组(P<0.05)。bFGF 1组与bFGF 2组治疗第2周、第4周的眼压低于模型组(均P<0.05),bFGF 2组低于bFGF 1组(均P<0.05)。bFGF 1组与bFGF 2组治疗第2周、第4周的房水肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平低于模型组,bFGF 2组低于bFGF 1组(均P<0.05)。结论:bFGF在兔后发性白内障的应用能减少房水的产生,抑制房水中TNF-α与IL-1β的表达,降低眼压,缓解后囊膜混浊程度。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)on aqueous humor in rabbits with after-cataract.Methods:15 white rabbits with after-cataract model were randomly divided into three groups:model group,bFGF 1 group and bFGF 2 group.The three groups were injected with saline,0.25 mg bFGF and 0.50 mg bFGF through the posterior chamber.The treatment was performed once a week for 4 weeks,and the changes in aqueous humor were detected.Results:The grading of aqueous humor cells in the 4th week of treatment of the bFGF 1 group and bFGF 2 group were better than that of the model group,and the bFGF 2 group was better than the bFGF 1 group(all P<0.05).The posterior capsule opacification in the 4th week of treatment of the bFGF 1 group and bFGF 2 group were lighter than that of the model group,and the bFGF 2 group was lighter than the bFGF 1 group(all P<0.05).The intraocular pressure of the bFGF 1 group and the bFGF 2 group in the 2nd and 4th weeks of treatment were lower than that of the model group,and the bFGF 2 group was lower than the bFGF 1 group(all P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in aqueous humor in the 2nd and 4th weeks of treatment in the bFGF 1 group and bFGF 2 group were lower than those in the model group,and the bFGF 2 group were lower than the bFGF 1 group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of bFGF in rabbits with after-cataract can reduce the production of aqueous humor,inhibit the expression of TNF-α and IL-1β in aqueous humor,reduce intraocular pressure,and relieve the degree of turbidity of the posterior capsule.
