摘要:
功能性腰椎不稳是引起腰痛常见的原因,目前在诊断和治疗功能性腰椎不稳上仍存在争议,缺乏统一的临床及影像学诊断标准,导致其治疗方案、手术适应证以及预后等均存在不确定性。近年来国内外学者对于功能性腰椎不稳进行了诸多研究,现结合前人研究对功能性腰椎不稳诊断的研究进展做一综述。
Abstract:
Functional lumbar instability is a common cause of low back pain.The diagnosis and treatment of functional lumbar instability are still controversial.The lack of uniform clinical and imaging diagnostic standards has led to uncertainties in treatment plans,surgical indications and prognosis.In recent years,many studies about functional lumbar instability have been carried out by domestic and foreign scholars.In this paper,we review the progress of diagnostic criteria for functional lumbar instability.
