摘要:
目的:探讨曲安奈德联合皮瓣修复术对手部及前臂皮肤瘢痕的疗效。方法:选取80例手部及前臂皮肤瘢痕患者,按照治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者行腹股沟皮瓣修复术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上注射曲安奈德治疗,评价两组患者的疗效。分别于治疗前和治疗后1年对两组患者进行温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分、疼痛及瘙痒的视觉模拟评分(VAS)。记录两组患者研究期间不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率92.50%显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的VSS评分、疼痛及瘙痒的VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(均P<0.01); 与对照组相比,观察组治疗后的各项评分均较低(均P<0.01)。两组患者研究期间不良反应的总发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:曲安奈德联合皮瓣修复术对瘢痕疗效显著,治疗后患者VSS评分降低,疼痛及瘙痒程度得以缓解,且不会增加不良反应,可为临床应用提供参考。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with skin flap repair in the treatment of skin scars on the hands and forearms.Methods:80 cases of patients with skin scars on hands and forearms were selected and divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each.The control group was treated with groin flap repair,and the observation group was injected with triamcinolone acetonide on the basis of the control group.The Vancouver scale(VSS)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of pain and pruritus were evaluated before and one year after treatment.The adverse reactions of the two groups during the study were recorded.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.50% vs.75.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the VSS score,VAS score of pain and pruritus of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the scores of the observation group after treatment were lower(all P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Triamcinolone acetonide combined with skin flap repair has significant effect on scar.After treatment,the patients' VSS score is decreased,the degree of pain and itching is relieved,and there is no increase in adverse reactions.
