摘要:
目的:探讨种植体植入后牙周致病菌定殖的基本规律,为预防早期种植体周围炎的发生,提高种植修复成功率提供实验依据。方法:选取接受种植修复牙列缺损患者,分为非牙周病缺牙组和牙周病缺牙组,采集种植体及对照牙的龈沟液样本进行PCR检测。结果:在30例非牙周病缺牙组的患者中有2例次检出牙周致病菌,检出率1.67%,22例牙周病缺牙的患者牙周致病菌检出10例次,检出率为11.36%,两者之间比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:种植体周围细菌来自口内天然牙牙周菌群,应严格菌斑控制,以降低种植体周围牙周致病菌的繁殖,提高种植体使用寿命。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the basic rules of the colonization of pathogenic bacteria in the periodontium after implant implantation,so as to provide experimental basis for preventing the occurrence of early peri-implantitis and improving the success rate of implant.Methods:Patients were selected and divided into two groups:periodontal disease induced dental deficiency group and non-periodontal disease induced dental deficiency group.GCF samples from implants and control teeth were collected for PCR detection.Results:Among the 30 patients in non-periodontal disease induced dental deficiency group,2 patients were detected with periodontal pathogenic bacteria,with a detection rate of 1.67%.Among 22 patients in periodontal disease induced dental deficiency group,10 patients were detected with periodontal pathogenic bacteria,with a detection rate of 11.36%.There was statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The bacteria around the implant come from the natural oral periodontium flora,so the plaque control should be strict to reduce the reproduction of periodontium pathogenic bacteria around the implant and improve the service life of the implant.
