摘要:
目的:探究腺苷酸环化酶相关蛋白2(CAP2)、纤维连接蛋白1(FN1)的表达与胃癌病理类型及预后相关性。方法:回顾性分析行胃癌根治术手术切除患者118例,采用免疫组化法评估CAP2、FN1在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中表达的差异,探究其表达与患者病理类型及预后的关系。结果:CAP2、FN1在胃癌组织中呈高表达(P<0.05),在癌旁组织中呈低表达(P<0.05); CAP2、FN1表达与组织分化、淋巴结转移、浸润深度有关(均P<0.05),与性别、年龄、癌细胞类型、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小无关(均P>0.05); 随访3年,总生存率为60.17%; CAP2低表达组的3年生存率为76.47%,高于CAP2高表达组的47.76%(P<0.05); FN1低表达组的3年生存率为77.55%,高于FN1高表达组的47.83%(P<0.05)。结论:CAP2与FN1在胃癌组织中表达水平均较高,其表达量与组织分化、浸润深度、淋巴结转移相关,参与肿瘤的进展,较高水平的CAP2与FN1表达会影响患者的生存情况,CAP2、FN1可作为肿瘤治疗的药物靶点。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the correlation between pathological types,prognosis of gastric cancer and the expression of adenylate cyclase-associated protein 2(CAP2)and fibronectin 1(FN1).Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the 118 patients.The differences of CAP2 and FN1 in gastric cancer tissues and para-carcinoma tissues were evaluated by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between their expression levels and pathological types,prognosis was explored.Results:CAP2 and FN1 were highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues(P<0.05),while lowly expressed in para-carcinoma tissues(P<0.05).The expression of CAP2 and FN1 was related to tissue differentiation,lymph node metastasis and invasion depth(all P<0.05),while not related to gender,age,types of cancer cells,tumor site,and tumor size(all P>0.05).After 3-year follow-up,the overall survival rate was 60.17%.The 3-year survival rate in CAP2 low-expression group was higher than that in CAP2 high-expression group(76.47% vs.47.76%)(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate in FN1 low-expression group was higher than that in FN1 high-expression group(77.55% vs.47.83%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression levels of CAP2 and FN1 are higher in gastric cancer tissues.Their expression levels are related to tissue differentiation,invasion depth and lymph node metastasis,which are involved in tumor progression.High levels of CAP2 and FN1 will affect survival of patients.CAP2 and FN1 can be applied as drug targets for tumor treatment.
