摘要:
目的:评价沙格列汀联合前列地尔治疗老年糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法:选取老年DN患者84例,随机分为两组。治疗组予沙格列汀和前列地尔治疗,对照组予前列地尔治疗,疗程均为14 d。对比两组血糖、血脂、肾功能、炎症指标水平的变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:14 d的治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白(24hUpro)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)较治疗前水平均降低(P<0.05),且与对照组相比,治疗组上述指标降低更显著(P<0.05); 两组不良反应发生情况比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:沙格列汀联合前列地尔治疗老年DN安全且有效。
Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of saxagliptin combined with alprostadil in the treatment of senile diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:84 elderly patients with DN were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with saxagliptin combined with alprostadil,while thecontrol group was treated with alprostadil for fourteen days.The blood glucose,blood lipids,renal function indexes,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 14 days of treatment,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr),24 hours urinary protein(24hUpro),Cys-C,reactive protein(CRP)and homocysteine(Hcy)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and which of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Saxagliptin combined with alprostadil is safe and effective in the treatment of elderly diabetic nephropathy.
