摘要:
目的:探讨单孔腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的效果及对患者神经肽Y(NPY)和P物质(SP)水平的影响。方法:选择异位妊娠患者78例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各39例。观察组给予单孔腹腔镜手术,对照组给予传统腹腔镜手术,观察两组疗效及患者血清NPY和SP水平变化情况。结果:观察组的β-hCG恢复正常时间、手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1、3、7 d的疼痛VAS评分都显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1个月的并发症发生率为5.1%,显著低于对照组的25.6%(P<0.05)。两组术后7 d的血清NPY和SP水平低于术后1 d,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:单孔腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠可减少创伤,缓解术后疼痛,减少术后并发症,抑制血清NPY和SP的释放。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of single-hole laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy and its effect on neuropeptide Y(NPY)and substance P(SP)levels in patients.Methods:78 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into two groups accorded to random number table method,39 cases in each groups.The observation group was received single-hole laparoscopic surgery,and the control group was received traditional laparoscopic surgery.The changes of serum NPY and SP levels in two groups were recorded.Results:The recovery time of β-hCG,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 1,3 and 7 days after surgery were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group were 5.1% 1 month after surgery,which were significantly lower than that of control group(25.6%)(P<0.05).The levels of serum NPY and SP at 7 days after surgery in the groups were lower than those at 1 day after surgery,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of single-hole laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy can reduce trauma,relieve postoperative pain,reduce postoperative complications,and inhibit the release of serum NPY and SP.
