摘要:
目的:探讨分娩方式对学龄期儿童(10岁)肺功能的影响。方法:选取正常发育10岁儿童200例,依据其出生方式分为经剖宫产方式出生儿童组和经自然分娩方式出生儿童组各100例,并对其肺功能如肺活量(VC)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最高呼气峰流速(PEF)等进行测量、记录、分析。结果:两组儿童性别比例、身高、体重、身体质量指数(BMI)、胸围和母亲妊娠时间即孕周等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 经剖宫产方式出生的儿童VC、FVC、FEV1和PEF值均低于自然分娩方式出生的儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分娩方式对学龄期儿童肺功能有一定的影响,经剖宫产方式出生儿童的VC、FVC、FEV1和PEF值均低于经自然分娩方式出生的儿童。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of delivery mode on pulmonary function of school-age children(10 years old).Methods:200 cases of children aged 10 were selected and divided into cesarean delivery group and natural childbirth group according to their birth way,100 cases each.The lung function indexes such as vital capacity(VC),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),the highest peak expiratory flow(PEF)were measured,recorded and analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in sex ratio,height,weight,BMI,chest circumference and gestational time(gestational week)between the two groups(P>0.05).The VC,FVC,FEV1 and PEF of cesarean delivery group were lower than those of natural childbirth group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mode of delivery has a certain impact on the pulmonary function of school-age children.The VC,FVC,FEV1 and PEF values of children born by cesarean section are lower than those by natural delivery.
