摘要:
膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的手术治疗方式有多种。近年来胫骨高位截骨术(HTO)作为一种保膝手术也逐渐受到患者青睐,尤其是对于年轻、活动量较大的患者,不仅可以有效缓解疼痛,而且可以为后期关节置换保留一定的骨量。现就HTO治疗KOA的适应证与禁忌证、手术优势及注意事项、术后骨填充、并发症及生存率、临床疗效等相关研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:
There are many surgical treatments for knee osteoarthritis(KOA).In recent years,high tibial osteotomy(HTO)has gradually been favored by patients as a knee-saving surgery,especially for young patients with large amounts of activity,which can not only effectively relieve pain,but also retain a certain amount of bone for later joint replacement.In this paper,the indications and contraindications,surgical advantages and precautions,postoperative bone filling,complications and survival rate,clinical efficacy and other related research progress in the treatment of KOA by HTO were reviewed.
