摘要:
目的:探讨尼莫地平联合阿司匹林治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的疗效。方法:选取89例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,在此基础上,观察组(n=45例)给予尼莫地平联合阿司匹林进行治疗,对照组(n=44例)给予阿司匹林治疗,比较两组治疗前后内皮素-1(ET-1)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro)、血流动力学相关指标[收缩压(SBP)、心率(HR)和舒张压(DBP)],比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组ET-1、PT、FIB、24 h Upro、SBP、DBP和HR对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组ET-1、FIB、24 h Upro、SBP、DBP和HR均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05); 两组PT水平均高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为91.11%,高于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05)。结论:尼莫地平联合阿司匹林可降低妊娠期高血压疾病患者ET-1、FIB和24 h Upro,改善血流动力学相关指标,提高PT水平,疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of nimodipine combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with gestational hypertension.Methods:89 patients with gestational hypertension were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method.Besides routine symptomatic treatment,the observation group(45 cases)was treated with nimodipine and aspirin,while the control group(44 cases)was treated with aspirin.Endothelin-1(ET-1),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB),24-hour urinary protein quantification(24h Upro),hemodynamic related indexes(SBP,HR and DBP)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ET-1,PT,FIB,24h Upro,SBP,DBP and HR between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,ET-1,FIB,24h Upro,SBP,DBP and HR in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05); PT levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,higher than 72.73% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nimodipine combined with aspirin can reduce ET-1,FIB and 24h Upro,improve hemodynamic indexesand PT level in patients with gestational hypertension.
